The current version of the Elk Valley Area Based Management Plan is the 2025 Elk Valley Water Quality Plan (EVWQP).
The 2025 EVWQP replaces earlier versions of the plan.
The ministry is currently amending the plan to review the selenium water quality target for the Canadian portion of Koocanusa Reservoir based on new science and information that has become available since 2014. Learn more about this amendment.
